George Potts

George spent 10 years growing a start-up private equity fund to $1.3bn of assets under management, latterly as Director & Head of ESG, building an investment track record in tech-led buyouts & growth equity. He was appointed Chairman of the Responsible Investment Advisory Group at the British Venture Capital Association and helped launch Initiative Climate International in the UK. Following a year at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, George joined our team in 2021. He is responsible for broadening our asset management capabilities and leads seed to growth equity investments in climate-tech, focused on physical decarbonisation technologies, carbon markets & next generation commodities.
