Muireann Mageras

Muireann has over 12 years of experience in corporate strategy and sustainability. She works predominantly with companies in the energy and industrial sectors on their approaches to climate change, with a focus on helping clients and investors navigate and scale their participation in environmental markets. Muireann has led programmes through all stages of the decarbonisation journey – from risk and materiality to footprinting, emissions reductions & target setting, carbon portfolio development, and disclosure. She also sits on Hartree’s ESG Committee. Previous employers include Deloitte, South Pole, and the World Economic Forum. She holds a BA from Johns Hopkins University and MSc in Environmental Economics from LSE.
