Pedro has been managing and implementing forest-based projects and sustainable rural production activities in tropical forest countries for around 14 years. This has included the development of pioneering agroforestry and restoration models with small landholders in the Brazilian Amazon and integrating livestock to forestry systems (ILPF). He has a Master’s degree in Applied Ecology from the Luiz de Queiroz School of Agriculture (ESALQ/USP).
